5th String Peghole Reamer

The perfect tool for tapering a 5th string banjo peghole!  Used in the Pisgah Banjo shop daily, this 5th string peghole reamer is just what you need to fit our Gotoh fifth string tuners.  Made from hardened steel and machined to perfection, this reamer will last you a lifetime!  Slightly larger than others on the market, this reamer will not “bottom out”.  We recommend drilling an 11/32″ hole before reaming.

Made in house for banjo builders by banjo builders, this fluted reamer has a 6-degree taper, from 1/2″ to 11/32″ (12.70mm to 8.729mm).
